What is Mùlù's differrence from other retailers?

Our advantage is that we constantly work with our trusted partners in China. How it affects you? For example, if you are a business owner and need to re-purchase a particular design, you don't have to worry that it will be gone from our catalog. We will contact the manufacturer again and place a new order for you.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with some exceptions. Contact us to get your custom shipping quote. Make sure to tell us the approximate number of products you want to be shipped, because price largely depends on the weight of goods.

How my order is going to be shipped?

Mùlù uses drop shipping model. It means that we have no warehouse, so the price is lower for you. Don't worry about logistics – we will take complete care of it, and manufacturers will send the products directly to your desired destination using the cost optimal freight carrier.

Can I see the products before buying?

We don't have a brick and mortar store, but there are a few solutions for this matter. If you want to buy big amounts of products or you are going to re-purchase them it future, we can easily organize a factory tour with our Chinese partners for you. You can also order sample products or request a video walkthrough recorded by our employees from the Chinese office.
